TravMedia Awards Process

Before we accept entries for the TravMedia Awards, we ask that you register your interest in specific awards category/ies by following the buttons below. When your registration has been verified by a member of the TravMedia team, you will receive your award entry pack and you will be able to submit your award entry/ies for consideration by the judges. Please ensure you are familiar with the entry criteria below before you proceed with your awards entry/ies.

  • Nominate another (you will be required to confirm the nominee’s consent)

Who can enter?

Anyone may enter but entrants must be available to attend the event in London on 10 March 2020 if they reach the shortlist.

The TravMedia Awards are open to anyone in journalism, social media influence and PR sectors who can demonstrate that they excel in their chosen category/categories.

You may enter multiple categories. A fresh entry must be submitted for each.

Eligibility:

Your entry must be based on activity undertaken during the calendar year 2019 (1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019).

Registration:

All registrations must be submitted through the appropriate registration form. There are separate forms for our PR, Media and Influencer awards which you will find at the top of this page.

All award entries must be completed and submitted via the link that you will receive in the awards entry kit, having successfully registered for the awards category/categories, by 4pm on the 24th January 2020.

Entry Process:

Please submit your entry following the guidelines in this form. Any supporting evidence should be attached as a one-page PDF (using the file upload field in the form).

Please note:

1) If part of your entry contains video, the content must be hosted online using a service such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox or an equivalent, and you must include all appropriate URLs in the entry form or on your ‘Supporting Evidence’ document.

2) All entries must be submitted by the TravMedia Awards entry deadline of 24th January 2020. Once your completed entry has been received you will receive a confirmation email.

3) Where appropriate it is important to provide the information required for your category, such as objectives, campaign results and ROI, as this data helps demonstrate campaign effectiveness. We appreciate this is information is sensitive and therefore all judges will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. All judges will be allocated specific categories by TravMedia and we will seek to always ensure there are no conflicts of interest.

Entry Rules:

  • You must initially register your intention to enter using the buttons below
  • All final entries must be submitted via the TravMedia Awards 2020 entry form, a link to which will be emailed to you in the Awards Entry Kit on approval of your registration
  • Award Entry Submissions must be received by 24th January 2020
  • TravMedia reserves the right to re-allocate your entry into another category if appropriate
  • The judges’ decisions are final
